Think Yourself T.H.I.N. is broken up into 6 modules. In each module, all of the
hypnotherapy sessions, movement classes, and coaching calls were created to guide
you towards the ultimate transformation in that area.
MODULE 1: GETTING TO THE ROOT
Module 1 is all about getting to the root of when and how your relationship with food and your body started to get a little out of control. Once you learn why you have been doing what you are doing and look at yourself with compassion and forgiveness, the old, negative habits tend to naturally drift away.
MODULE 2: PORTION CONTROL & EMOTIONAL EATING
In this module of the program, you will really begin to heal your relationship with food. Your relationship with food is so much deeper than just what you are putting in your mouth. When your relationship with food is off, it is always a sign that there are other areas in your life that need some attention.
MODULE 3: CONSISTENCY & MOTIVATION
In module 3, you will learn about what's been holding you back from being the motivated, consistent version of you and you will finally break through these blocks. You will learn new ways to stay excited about your goals and be introduced to all of Megan's favorite motivation and consistency tips.
MODULE 4: SELF-TALK
The second half of the program is where we really begin to dive into SELF-LOVE.
Weight loss, self-love, and self-talk are SO related. These topics are not emphasized or even mentioned in most weight loss programs but in TYT, we go ALL IN! In module 4, you will become even more aware of how you speak to yourself. Once you gain awareness, you will be able to breakthrough your negative self-talk patterns. MODULE 5: BODY LOVE
In this module of the program, you are going to develop a loving relationship with your body! You cannot hate your body into the perfect shape for you. You have to start loving and appreciating your body for where it is right now in order to manifest the transformation that you truly desire.
MODULE 6: STEPPING INTO THE NEW YOU
In the final week of TYT, you focus on who you want the NEW YOU to be! YOU will decide what kind of person you show up as every single day, what qualities that you embody, your habits, and what you want to allow in your life moving forward. Once you decide, you will make a game plan to keep crushing your goals long after you've completed TYT.
